Specialist Teacher Outreach Service, 0.8FTE or full-time, permanent Full time, Permanent Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts SDA plus 1MU We seek a fully registered teacher with a high level of knowledge and skill in supporting learners with special needs to join our growing Outreach programme. This itinerant role involves collaborating with the school team and other specialists to develop and support the ongoing delivery of adapted learning programmes for ORS funded students in their schools.  The ideal applicant will have a broad successful knowledge in learning support in New Zealand schools, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work co-operatively and flexibly within a team, show initiative, and communicate effectively with a range of others. You will have access to professional development and ongoing training. A full, clean driver's licence is essential. Visits to the school are welcomed.
