Our focus is to provide quality education to the children in our community.  Our ideal applicant will be a genuine team player - able to offer support and have a collaborative approach. They will be confident using their initiative and have good communication and interpersonal skills. Role requirements:  Enrolment into a level 7 ECE Bachelor or Graduate Diploma course  Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning  Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard  A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices  Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality  This is a permanent part-time position working 30 hours per week, between 7am – 6pm, Monday-Friday (this could increase to 35 hours once occupancy increases) Mo matou I About us:  At BestStart, we're leaders in the early childhood sector, we make a difference, and we love what we do.
