Web Chat Associate

Assurant is seeking a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing support to customers through web chat, resolving inquiries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a fulltime position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner - Use project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Display leadership qualities and take initiative to improve processes

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong project management and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software - High school diploma or equivalent required
