The Role
This is a unique role where you can bring your inner “fun self” to work. You will look after and supervise our weekend boarders’ activities in a fun and inclusive way, creating an environment that see’s everyone thrive and participate.
As part of the boarding house team, you will also support the planning, administration, transport, and student management of our weekend boarders in their allocated year groups.
The Hours
As part of a tight knit team, this position covers activities on Saturdays and Sundays, between 10.00am to 5.00pm (13 hours per weekend). Ideally, we are looking for someone to cover both days, however we would love to hear from you if you could support one day. Additional hours may be available from time to time to provide cover.
About You
Previous experience in working and/or caring for young people is essential. Bringing a positive and empathetic attitude and focus on fun, balanced with the wellbeing and safety of girls is ideal. Previous experience of being in a sole charge role would be advantageous, as would having some administrative experience and a current First Aid Certificate.
Please note that this role will require a full drivers licence, as a component of this role is driving students to weekend activities in school vans.
