Medical Receptionist - Part-Time - Dynamic Team

MEDICAL RECEPTION SUPERSTAR WANTED

Due to expansion Takapuna Health is seeking a further receptionist to join our team. 

The Takapuna Health team is a supportive and friendly general practice.  We are dedicated to providing excellent service to our patients.  We provide a wide range of services and have a great admin and nursing team supporting five doctors. 

As our receptionist you are the first point of contact for patients so you need to be well presented and friendly, both in person and on the phone.  A team player with excellent communication skills is essential.  You will be meeting and greeting patients, taking payments, answering phones and booking appointments, as well as general admin. This is a busy role with a high turnover of patients in and out of the clinic. 

Experience with Medtech Evolution would be advantageous.  

Previous medical reception is an advantage but not essential. Most importantly we are looking for the right person.

This is a permanent part time position and the successful applicant must be available Tuesdays and Thursdays. Start and finish times vary from 7.30am starts to 5.30pm finishes.  Ideally you will show some flexibility to be available for additional days/hours to cover for sickness and annual leave.
