Just Cabins is seeking a talented and dedicated Accounts Manager on a part time basis to join our franchisor office team. As a leader in the portable cabin industry, Just Cabins provides high-quality cabin rentals and exceptional service to our customers nationwide.  

The hours and days of this role are negotiable, ideally working between 25 to 30 hours a week.   

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and discrepancies are resolved.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer collections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning and analysis.
• Work closely with Management responding to inquiries and preparing necessary documentation to ensure timely completion of financial analysis, reporting, and tax filings.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide accounting training and support to Franchisees as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience across a broad range of accounting functions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (including Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
