Job Description:

L Brands is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Operations Associate to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in online operations or a related field. The Online Operations Associate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas of improvement - Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely product launches and promotions - Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demand - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the online platform - Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content for the website - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in online operations or a related field - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
