Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Operations Associate at Tenet Healthcare in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. Responsibilities: - Assist in managing and updating online operations platforms - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics - Conduct research to identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies - Provide support for day-to-day operations as needed - Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for processes and procedures - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Adhere to company policies and procedures
