Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a remote operations associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our remote operations team by overseeing various tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and manage remote operations activities to ensure efficient workflow 2. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and projects 3. Assist in troubleshooting any technical issues related to remote operations 4. Maintain documentation and databases related to remote operations 5. Communicate regularly with team members and managers to provide updates on project progress 6. Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions 7. Assist in managing remote operations team members and providing support and guidance as needed 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures 9. Handle any other duties as assigned by the remote operations manager

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a similar role 2. Resilient and resourceful with the ability to adapt to changing situations 3. Strong innovation and problem-solving skills 4. Excellent people management skills 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
