Operations Associate

Job description:

Quintiles Transnational Holdings is seeking a talented and motivated Operations Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are driven and energetic with a passion for project management and research.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and coordination of operational activities within the organization - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Support the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency - Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations - Assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of operational systems and processes - Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives - Handle administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field (preferred but not required) - No prior experience required - we welcome fresh graduates and those looking to start their career in operations - Strong project management skills - Excellent research abilities - Driven and energetic personality - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and organizational skills
