Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and independent Operations Associate to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks and projects remotely from your home in Wellington, New Zealand. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities: - Assist in operational tasks such as data entry, document management, and project coordination - Communicate with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations - Analyze and report on operational performance metrics - Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures - Provide support in various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - People management skills
