Operations Associate - Work from home

Performance Food Group is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team. This is a work-from-home position based in Wellington, NZ.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth flow and efficiency. 2. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock. 3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. 4. Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and projects forward. 7. Communicate regularly with team members and management to provide updates on operational activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management or a similar role. 3. Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and planning abilities. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. 7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 8. Knowledge of supply chain management principles is a plus.
