Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Seaboard is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the drive and resilience needed to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Manage client accounts and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist with project management tasks to ensure successful implementation of client solutions - Make well-informed decisions to best serve our clients and meet their needs

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a client support role - Strong project management skills and the ability to make effective decisions - Driven and resilient personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Experience working remotely and managing a flexible schedule
