Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

StretchSense is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team remotely in Napier, Hawke’s Bay, NZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via email, phone, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Educate and guide clients on how to use our products effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Continuously improve and optimize client support processes and procedures

Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work remotely and autonomously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
