Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

L Brands is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Support Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time position, with the opportunity to work from home. The Account Support Associate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks to support the company's financial operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions - Prepare invoices and process payments - Reconcile financial statements and reports - Assist with month-end closing processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Provide support to the finance team as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong leadership and planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
