Job Description:

Voya Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable professional working from home in Wellington, New Zealand. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are looking to kick start their career in finance and accounting.

Responsibilities: - Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments - Generate customer invoices and send out reminders for overdue payments - Process incoming payments and update the accounting system accordingly - Communicate with customers to address any billing inquiries or discrepancies - Work closely with the finance team to ensure all accounts receivable tasks are completed timely and accurately

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software programs
