Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Navient, a leading financial services company located in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding a variety of financial inquiries and account issues - Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer disputes and find mutually beneficial solutions - Make informed decisions on customer accounts and escalate complex issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Energetic and hardworking attitude - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle pressure with ease
