Quanta Services is seeking a motivated and proactive Client Relations Associate to join our team in Auckland, NZ. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service. - Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively. - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. - Monitor client feedback and utilize it to improve services and processes. - Keep track of client accounts, contracts, and agreements. - Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role. - Resourceful and resilient, able to adapt to changing situations and find innovative solutions. - Strong cooperation and emotional intelligence skills, with the ability to work well in a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
