Job Description - Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Citizens Financial Group is seeking a hardworking and resourceful Client Relations Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online communication channels - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the client relations team


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
