Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Specialist at Bed Bath & Beyond in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients - Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our offerings and customer experience
