Job Description - Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


ConocoPhillips is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 2. Utilize innovative strategies to provide personalized solutions to each customer. 3. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer service processes. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 5. Stay updated on product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and up-to-date assistance to customers. 6. Meet and exceed established performance metrics and goals. 7. Act as a resource for customers by providing information, guidance, and support. 8. Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. 2. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 3. Strong soft skills in innovation and strategic planning. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in using CRM systems and other contact center software. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours and occasional weekends.
