Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Interpublic Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be resourceful, driven, and have strong project management and people management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Manage client accounts, update customer profiles, and maintain accurate records. 5. Assist with order processing, billing, and invoicing tasks as needed. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, company products, and service offerings.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed.
