Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Publix Super Markets is seeking an Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for a motivated and independent individual who is skilled in research and analysis to assist in our online call center operations.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with inquiries, orders, and general information - Conducting research to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information - Analyzing customer data and feedback to improve our online services - Working closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining detailed records of all interactions with customers - Assisting in training new call center staff as needed - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in basic computer skills and navigating online systems - Excellent research and analysis skills - Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required - High school diploma or equivalent
