Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

ADP is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with queries, concerns, and problem-solving - Provide information about products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs - Stay up to date on company policies and procedures - Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

Requirements: - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Strategic planning and attention to detail soft skills - Basic computer and typing skills - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
