Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

Enlighten Designs, a leading digital solutions provider based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, is seeking a talented and experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is best suited for individuals with a minimum of 7 years of experience in contact center management at a mid-to-senior level.


As the Online Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online customer service center. Your primary duties will include managing a team of online customer service representatives, monitoring and optimizing online customer service processes, resolving escalated customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience. Additionally, you will be expected to analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.


The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following personality traits: independence and passion for providing exceptional customer service. Moreover, you should exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
