Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Frontier Communications is seeking a reliable and independent Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and concerns effectively. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize attention to detail and research skills to gather information and provide solutions to customer inquiries. 6. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Keep track of customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. 3. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. 4. Proficiency in using online communication platforms and customer service software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Attention to detail and a strong research-oriented mindset. 7. Previous experience in online customer service is preferred.
