Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant in a remote work position based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time associate-level role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

As a Web Chat Assistant, your responsibilities will include providing support to customers through web chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the overall success of the customer service team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be independent and reliable, with strong planning and analysis skills. They must be comfortable working remotely and possess excellent communication abilities. Additionally, candidates should have a high level of proficiency in computer skills and be familiar with customer service best practices.
