The resort also features 22 Food and Beverage outlets, 1,056 sqm ballroom with 8 breakout rooms, wide variety of recreational facilities, and a spa with 12 treatment villas Job Summary The Chef de Cuisine specializing in Italian Cuisine will oversee the culinary operations of the Italian restaurant kitchen. This role requires a passion for Italian cuisine, creativity in menu development, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. As a Chef de Cusine we rely on you to Create and develop authentic Italian menus, ensuring a balance of traditional and innovative dishes. Prepare authentic Italian dishes Train the culinary team in preparation of all Mediterranean dishes Be proactive in guest engagement and take feedback from the guests on the food served. Works with the Executive chef to produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurants vision. Practically familiar with HACCP systems, standards, and hygiene management Ensures that all food served in the outlet respects hotel standards, in terms of quality, taste, portioning, presentation, and variety and hygiene and food safety standards are met in all stages of food preparation Handles guest concerns or other department concerns in a professional manner To produce a consistent, high quality product and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times. Requirements Strong hands-on Experience in Mediterranean cuisine with luxury hotels or high end speciality Restuarant. Knowledge of current Mediterranean food trends Ability to work on computers for Food Costing, Receipe costing.
