Take Your Hiring to the Next Level Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of project sales experience , with an engineering background (Civil or Architect) and proficiency in English. Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the civil and architecture project sector. Build relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional materials. Client Engagement: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions. Act as a liaison between clients and the project management team. Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present project proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Project Coordination: Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects. Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress. Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads, opportunities, and client communications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or architecture industry.
