Responsibilities:

• Undertake the asset recovery, provide statistics report, operational analysis, strategy research and testing of overdue cases.
• Monitor daily business operation, customizing and analyzing for the asset recovery, identify the problems for the first time and exploit potential opportunities, optimization and smoothen the business processes.
• Establish a scorecard model, research on calling strategies, optimize and smoothen agent configuration and outsourcing strategies, and promote testing and launching.
• Provide deep and clear analysis of thematic business data and form an analysis report according to business requirements, and explore the technologies and strategies combined with the trends of domestic and international industry.
• Work closely with other departments of the company to smoothen the strategic testing and implementation.

Qualifications :

• Experience in PESOLOAN companies is a MUST
• Required for more than 3 months of working experience in online lending companies.
  
• Required at least 2 months experiences in Peso Loan company (high increment from the previous/current company).
• Strong business operation and data sensitivity, good communication skills, learning ability and teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure, eager to self-improve and create value in a fast-paced startup.
• Preferable experienced in working in online finance companies with risk management, especially asset recovery strategies.
