Accounts Receivables Specialist

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy
• At least 2-3n years of relative work experience
• Highly analytical, systematic, and organized and works with the highest degree of integrity
• Detail-oriented and can multitask with strong administrative skills
• Self-starter, proactive, driven, and able to work independently or with a team
• Proven ability to communicate in English, both written and oral
• A commitment to client service and a flexible can-do attitude to respond to client and business needs.
• Amenable to work in Aseana 2 Paranaque City.

• Preparation of billing/invoices and statement of account (SOA) to be promptly sent to a customer.
• A/R journal entry for customer payments and adjustments and reconciliation of accounts.
• Coordination with customers and operations to resolve issues/concerns/disputes with the end goal of collecting the account
• Analysis of AR aging and credit control
• Assist with bank reconciliations.
• Other Finance-related tasks.
