Ad Operations Manager

Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)

• Oversees daily ad operations across multiple campaign activities including planning, inventory management, buy rate estimations, analytics, budgeting and campaign operations.
• Setup advertising campaigns under Google AdWords and social platforms on given media plans, campaign objectives confirmed by Sales team.
• Ensures optimal campaign performance while lower the costs involved in running the campaign.
• Collaborates with internal teams such as Publishing team, Creative Team, and Sales team to supervise campaign execution.
• Provides regular campaign reports for Sales team and advises them on any issues that may arise from said reports.
• Identifies potential enhancements in ad operation management processes that will streamline workflow and optimize campaign costs.
• Gives timely troubleshooting solutions to guarantee good pacing of campaign delivery.
• Analyzes and conducts data-mining of network data, campaign data and/or third-party data to access strategic business opportunities, identify key campaign performance drivers, and compare history performance against sales objectives.
• Keep up to date with new advertising platforms, ad executions and trends.
• Standardizes operating best practices throughout ad operations.
• Set up correctly DSP campaigns and manage sales & client's expectation for launching campaigns
• Monitors and optimize campaign independently.
• Give ideas and insights for campaign reporting.
• Checks inventory and give reasonable sell rate for DSP platform (especially SEM brief).
