Your responsibilities will include taking medical history, conducting clinical examinations, arranging investigations, implementing management plans, and delivering preventive healthcare.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day shift, Mon - Fri 7AM - 4PM

Work setup: Onsite, Eastwood/Makati/Alabang

Your Gateway to Excellence:

  • Has completed a bachelor's degree in nursing and is a Registered Nurse.
  • Ideally has worked in aged care or in a primary healthcare setting.
  • A great attitude and able to work in collaboration with our General Practitioner.
  • Is committed to the company and a team player.
  • Has basic computer knowledge and good social/communication skills.

Lead with Purpose, Serve with Compassion:

  • Work full time and as an assistant to our doctors and provide primary care services to patients in nursing homes. This may include:
  • Taking medical history
  • Undertaking clinical examination
  • Arranging any necessary investigations
  • Implementing a management plan
  • Providing appropriate preventive health care
  • Work in collaboration with the aged care nurses in keeping up to date with all residents under our doctor's care.
  • Assist with health assessments for new resident admissions and annual reviews for existing residents.
  • Ensure resident care plans are updated every 3 months and ready for review by the doctor.
  • Organise, coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary case conferences.
  • Liaise, update and seek consent from families on behalf of our doctor following a clinical decision or action.
  • Prepare mental health plans as directed by the doctor.
  • Manage the doctor's appointment book, referral and assessment paperwork and ensure all medical notes are updated on all computer systems.
  • Assist with any other tasks as directed.
