Job Description: Operations Coordinator - Building and Construction
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm Brisbane Time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our day-to-day operations. The Operations Coordinator will oversee contract management, client communications, scheduling, compliance, and support the overall efficiency of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
Coordinate and manage building contracts from start to finish.
Ensure all contract documents are organized, complete, and easily accessible.
Work closely with the sales team, project managers, and clients to finalize contracts efficiently.
Client Communications:
Communicate with clients regarding project timelines, updates, and any changes.
Schedule and conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Manage project schedules, including subcontractor timelines and material deliveries.
Coordinate site visits, inspections, and meetings with suppliers and contractors.
Balance workload and resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
Compliance and Quality Control:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Conduct quality control checks on completed work and address any issues promptly.
Manage warranty and repair work efficiently, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Operations Support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, payments, and data collection.
Collaborate with the finance team on accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Support the implementation of systems and processes to streamline operations.
