Position: Operations Team Lead
Location: Pasig City, with potential responsibilities across 21 branches
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Industry: Healthcare/Pharmacy
Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are on the lookout for a proactive Operations Team Lead to guide our operations team towards achieving operational excellence and ensuring smooth daily activities across all branches. Your leadership will be pivotal in streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve and surpass operational goals, fostering an environment of accountability, excellence, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement operational strategies and practices that promote efficiency and effectiveness across the pharmacy network.
  • Conduct regular analysis of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and leading initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members and across departments, maintaining alignment with the company’s objectives and standards.
  • Drive the resolution of operational issues, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and optimize branch performance.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and guidance to support professional development and achievement of operational targets.
  • Champion the adoption of best practices and technological solutions to improve operational workflows and customer experience.
  • Participate in training and development programs to build a skilled and knowledgeable operations team capable of supporting the pharmacy's growth and service excellence.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to the senior management team, aiding in strategic decision-making and planning for future expansion.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the healthcare and pharmacy industry, ensuring compliance with regulations and awareness of market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A background in pharmacy or healthcare is highly advantageous.
  • Proven leadership experience in operations, preferably within the healthcare, retail, or pharmacy sectors.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and drive significant improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for inspiring and leading teams towards achieving operational excellence.
  • Proficient in process improvement methodologies and comfortable using technology to enhance business operations.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
