Job Description - Senior Customer Service

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain thorough documentation of all claims processes and outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Proven track record in resolving complex claims issues within banking, insurance, or a related industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Process-oriented with a keen eye for detail.

Work Schedule

This job has the following work schedule:

  • 5 days / week
  • 9am - 6pm
