Telephone Operator/Hotline Agent

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotline Agent/Telephone Operator located in Pasay. The Hotline Agent/Telephone Operator will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing information, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues. They will also assist in routing calls to the appropriate department or personnel and maintaining accurate call records. Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to handle multiple phone lines Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Fluency in both English and Filipino languages Experience in a customer service role is a plus
