Job Description - HR and ADMIN MANAGER

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

  • Handle and monitor the overall operation of HR including its day to day activities
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Handle and oversee the overall recruitment process, including, but not limited to sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing applicants, background check, and pre-employment requirements
  • Overseeing the preparation of employment related contracts, including, but not limited to probationary contract, notice of end of contract, transfer of assignment, and notice of termination.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource statutory requirements. (Ex. DOLE, SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH ETC.,)
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, HRMD, or other business related course.
  • With extensive experience in HR operations gained from construction, waste management, equipment rental and real estate and development.
  • Minimum 8-10 years experience in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong people management skills and planning
  • Flexible, with high integrity, trustworthy

IPMCDC also received World Class Integrated ISO Certifications certified by TUV

Rheinland; ISO 9001: 2015 – Quality Management, ISO 14001: 2015 – Environment, and

OHSAS 18001: 2007- Health and Safety.
