Key Responsibilities:
Project Management

• Collect and organise project critical information into project folders so that the information can be accurately shared across the business
• Monitor internal and external project communication channels for schedule updates or construction plan changes
• Request project schedule details and updates from Main Contractors and collate the information across all projects to provide a company wide view of project timing

Analysis

• Collect information on construction progress and compile project reports
• Analyse installation progress against expected and provide insights to the management team
• Accurately use the project progress reports to create draft progress claims
• Collate and sort accepted quote details to provide detailed Bill of Material (BOM) summaries per project
• Use project BOM details and production schedules to forecast product demand
• Create and manage profitability reports on all active projects (company wide and project specific view)
• Accurate and timely dissemination of reports and insights across the business
• General analysis as required

Data Management & Data Entry

• Understands the data that is required to deliver insights and reporting and can setup collection methods to collect the required information and protect the data quality
• Entry of production orders with detailed and specific information for production processing

Required Skills

• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Advanced communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Strong briefing skills (giving and receiving)
• Detail-oriented
• Understanding of construction drawings
• Understanding of construction schedules
