Project Civil Engineer

Job Description:

• Prepares estimated quantity of materials for the project in accordance with the approve plans and budget
• Creates an evaluation and cost comparison between the company’s budget and estimated cost obtained from contractors bidding
• Responsible in monitoring of overall progress of various projects in accordance with the target schedules/ agreed timeline and above acceptable quality
• Responds promptly to clients inquiries for service and assistance construction plans and specification
• Submits detailed project report status every month 

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• must be willing to work in Laguna
• with non-pro/professional driver's license
• Must know how to drive motorcycle/car
• 1-3 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Residential/Commercial Building
• Good understanding of MEP Building Systems
• Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards is essential
