SALES MANAGER (PLDT)

• Responsible for achieving business and sales objectives.
• Develop relationships with sales channels and engage resources in support of customers.
• Identify and develop new opportunities.
• Handle account management matters and be the point of contact for customers.
• Build strategic account relationships and develop new client relationships to achieve sales volume and profit goals.
• Establish and grow strong pipelines for business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, and present solutions to customers.
• Formulate solutions and strategies to compete in a highly competitive environment.
• Work with cross functional teams to coordinate pre-sales, post-sales and support resources to drive successful closure and implementation for customers.
• Other ad-hoc per the requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Leading Successful sales projects - preferably project related to PLDT/Smart.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom market.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collect market information.
• Determination for project success

Enovell-Tech Philippine Branch is a branch of Beijing Enovell Technology Co.,Ltd., it is a privately-owned enterprise originated by the team from the fixed network business division of former Beijing Bell Company, was officially founded in December 2005 with registered capital of 20M RMB. Enovell is located the famous Zhongguancun Feng Tai Technology Park in Beijing, closely adjacent to the park’s headquarter.

Enovell supports a wide range of product categories, including switch, transmission, access, data, Intelligent Network, Mobile MSC、CDMA、BSC、NGN、IPTV、WAP GW、3G etc. and provides first-class engineering service and advanced solutions based on clients’ need. Enovell is capable of design, installation, and debugging of S12 families of switch system with reliable project quality. To guarantee the service quality, every engineer in Enovell has a notebook, and the company also boasts many different types of testing instruments. With all that, Enovell is able to install, cutover, technical support, and repair the following products for clients：S12 switch system of various versions、P3S、GA、L1540、JRSU、HSTP、SSP、MSC、BSC、BSS、PDH/SDH Microwave, DSLAM、NGN and other ASB main product families.

Up to now Enovell has provided engineering and maintenance service to more than 6000 sites, completed construction of more than 40 China Unicom gateways, completed construction of enterprise network for companies in petro, coal, and electric industries, and successfully implemented Iran subway and other oversea projects.

Enovell has tremendous strength in R&D and system integration, and has two R&D centers that are located in Beijing and Tianjin, respectively. The R&D centers are led by doctors and have 65 senior engineers in total who specialize in software development and system integration.

Enovell has 450 employees, 95% of which have bachelor or upper degree. The company has 9 Domestic offices,4 international offices, two R&D centers, one capacity center, one repair center, as well as product department, marketing and sales department, and new business development department.
