Job Description

Responsibilities:

● Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities.

● Organize and prioritize prearranged meeting schedule with existing and new accounts.

● Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

● Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.

● Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

● Sign up new corporate clients and businesses.

● Cultivate leads and generate referrals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;

Education:

● Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience: At Least 5 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

● Mandaluyong City (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

● Mandaluyong City: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Requirement:

● Experience in Sales, Real Estate and/or Hospitality., with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

● Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

● Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

● Self-motivated and results-oriented.

● Previous experience in sales, particularly within a furniture market, is an advantage.

● Graduate of Business, Marketing and / or Architecture or Design Background

● Efficiency in Accounts Management.

● Mobility is a plus - can drive and/or willing to attend ocular site meetings and visits. Car plan is available.

● Basic Salary plus attractive commission shall be provided.

Preferably with sales experience in Office Furniture, Construction, Real Estate, and other related industries
