JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Senior Architect Job Overview: A Senior Architect plays a crucial role in overseeing the design, planning and implementation of architectural projects, leading teams of architects and designers. Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and advise scrum teams, prioritize their work, providing mentorship and guidance on technical decision, ensuring alignment of teams to strategic goals
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and collaborate effectively with other professionals.
• Directing and Overseeing construction projects and ensuring all are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
• Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
• Defines and addresses risks/problems/issues quickly and effectively
• Works with developers to make sure that all data solutions are consistent with the aligned architecture
• Managing project budgets and timelines
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Developing architectural plans and blueprints
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
• Conducting site visits and inspections
• Overseeing the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design
• Communicating with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Presenting design proposals to clients
• Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software effectively
• Ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations
• Developing conceptual designs and presentations
• Reviewing and approving design documentation
• Resolving design issues and conflicts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Professional architectural license with at least 1 year work related experience
• Male or Female
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Creative design thinking and innovative approach
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines
