Who You'll Be Working With : If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the team under the Technology & Operations group may be for YOU!

You'll be responsible for the following:

• Develops software solutions by studying information needs; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and review; recommending changes in implementation and/or procedures
• Constructs and updates unit tests for new and existing testable classes
• Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment.

We're looking for:

• At least 8 years of actual Java project experience with at least 1 year people management experience
• DevOps (Mindset & Practice)
• Excellent analytical, deductive and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong Java (preferably version 1.8) and SQL background
• Experience in Spring Framework, Spring Boot and React JS is a must
• Solid Experience in writing unit tests
• Exposure to other technologies like containerization; reliable system designs
