Site Engineer

Qualifications & experience Preferably a licensed Civil Engineer Experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge in road concreting and vertical construction, construction materials, methods, and safety standards Great leadership and organizational skills. Excellent project management skills. Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects. Great written and verbal communication skills. Willing to travel Tasks & responsibilities Managing different parts of construction projects Supervising crew members Assisting in preparing project schedules and budgets Supervising construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards Conducting regular inspections of construction sites to ensure quality of work and adherence to project schedule Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials Prepare and submit weekly reports to management on project progress, issues, and recommendations for improvement Conduct regular meetings with project team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration Benefits Mandatory benefits as per labor laws
