Technical SEO Specialist

***Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.

A day in the life:

• As a Technical SEO Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the Technical SEO team in conducting in-depth SEO audits and play a key role in website migration projects to ensure SEO best practices are accounted for throughout the project lifecycle. You will be expected to crawl websites using various tools to identify technical SEO issues, and construct various reports used to compile documentation for SEO teams and developers to implement recommendations from our audits. You have a foundational understanding of technical SEO best practices, on-page SEO factors, structured data (schema markup) and core web vitals. Candidates who are successful in this role are solution-based thinkers, curious, have a strong attention to detail, embrace challenges and possess a growth mindset. The Technical SEO Specialist reports to the Associate Director of SEO.

Responsibilities:

• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
• QA of technical implementation items (301 redirects, basic TSEO updates)
• Supports strategists on audits + site health analyses with ability to complete 60% of deliverable
• Identifies basic technical SEO issues, but might need support to determine solutions
• Leans on support of Senior strategists to present technical SEO deliverables

Role Requirements:

• Understands core TSEO strategies & can execute on 60% (schema, crawls)
• Able to produce deliverables with little to no errors
• Semi-technical knowledge in using analytical tools necessary for identifying TSEO issues
• Excellent attitude and eager to grow
• Proactive effort in effective time management, but may require help with project prioritization

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Range of the number of Technical SEO Audits per month (6-10)
• Range of the number of SEO Migrations per month (1-2)
• Supports strategists on audits + site health analyses with ability to complete 60% of deliverable independently
• Developed understanding of how to QA TSEO items
• Execution of basic technical SEO deliverables with support from Strategists
• Follow-through with clients: Implementation rate

• Understands the impact of TSEO items in overall channel performance
• Stay up to date on TSEO industry changes and communicate updates to internal team
