Our Financial Markets & Wealth Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC , Taguig with the role of Business Development Officer .

The role actively engages in client calls, coordinates instructions with the Trust Division, and utilizes various trust products to optimize client portfolios based on risk tolerance. Additionally, the position involves proposing product and service improvements, updating clients on new offerings, and generating sales reports. The responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with AMLA, KYC, and suitability policies, conducting annual reviews, addressing deficiencies, and conducting UITF and Feeder Fund trainings.

What the role will entail

  • Actively engage in personal and corporate client calls and coordinate the execution of client instructions within the Trust Division.
  • Utilize various trust products to construct portfolios for clients, optimizing returns based on their risk tolerance.
  • Propose enhancements to products and services for client acquisition.
  • Generate regular sales and volume reports for internal clients to monitor progress.
  • Ensure compliance with AMLA, KYC, and suitability policies.
  • Create and conduct programs, including UITF and Feeder Fund Trainings.
  • Ensure the timely completion of account opening documents, conduct annual reviews for covered accounts, and address findings and deficiencies identified in the reviews.

What were looking for

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Unit Investment Trust Fund Certified.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing & Sales Team, Treasury Marketing, Trust Marketing, investment house, mutual funds, or similar fields.
  • Proficient in Trust & Investments Product Development, Marketing, Relationship Management, and financial regulations.
