Position: Work-from-Home Architect

Responsibilities: As a Work-from-Home Architect at Bizforce, you will:

• Collaborate with renowned US-based architectural firms on a variety of projects
• Manage the end-to-end architectural process, from conceptual development to design execution
• Produce high-quality construction drawings, schematic designs, and Revit models
• Provide detailed documentation, redlining, and coordination with design teams and clients
• Stay updated on industry best practices, codes, and regulations
• Conduct research to ensure accurate and comprehensive project information
• Engage in seamless communication and collaboration with designers, decorators, and constructors
• Thrive in a self-directed, deadline-driven environment
• Showcase your creativity and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional results

Requirements

To succeed in this role you should possess:

• Experience in handling projects in the US
• Architectural registration or license with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience (excluding internship)
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture (2016 or higher) with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Excellent portfolio highlighting your previous architectural works
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Project management abilities to ensure timely project completion
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within US business hours
• Reliable home office setup, including:
• i5 or higher processor with at least 8GB DDR4 RAM (preferably i7 latest generation/version)
• Hard Drive: 512GB SSD (1TB preferred) with a minimum of 250GB free space
• Video Card: GTX/RTX 4GB 3050Ti (preferably 6GB 3060)
• OS: Windows 10 or higher
• Internet Connection: Minimum 25MBPS download and 10MBPS upload
• Familiarity with architectural design software such as Revit Architecture and AutoCAD
• Bonus Skills (not required but advantageous):
• ArchiCAD
• BIM360
• SketchUp
• VRay
• BlueBeam
• Grasshopper
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Lumion 3D Rendering
