Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Care Manager to join our team at Robinsons Land Corporation. This is a remote work position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH, requiring a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Lead a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience - Develop and maintain customer care policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency - Conduct regular training sessions for customer care staff to improve their skills and performance - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of customer care initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to maintain a competitive edge - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a remote work setting - Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and execute strategic customer care plans - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer care tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Experience in handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and integrity
