Job Description:
HealthNow is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while also demonstrating strong cooperation and leadership skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively and efficiently 3. Providing information about services and products to customers 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges 5. Maintaining customer records and updating the database 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 4. High level of cooperation and leadership 5. Driven and reliable personality traits 6. Proficient computer skills 7. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
